We do not maintain user accounts or a persistent database. Chat exports and generated reports are stored temporarily in server memory and temp storage, then deleted after delivery or within 24 hours.
If you provide an email address, it is used solely to deliver your PDF report. We do not sell your data. We do not retain your email address after the session is deleted, and we do not write it to server logs.
Chat content is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek) to generate analyses. Before sending text to those providers, we automatically redact structured personal identifiers such as email addresses, phone numbers, and bank or card numbers. See their privacy policies for details on their data handling.
Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store payment card details.
We keep minimal server logs for security, fraud prevention, and support. They may include session IDs (random UUIDs), Paddle transaction references, processing status, and error types. They do not include chat message content or your email address.
Logs are retained for at least 3 days by our hosting provider (typically up to 7–14 days depending on plan), then deleted.
