How to export your chat

WhatsApp (mobile)

  1. Open the chat you want to analyze.
  2. Tap the menu (⋮) → MoreExport chat.
  3. Choose Without media (recommended, smaller file).
  4. Save the .txt file or share it to your files app.
  5. Upload that file here. If you exported with media, upload the .zip.

Android format: DD/MM/YYYY, HH:MM - Name: message
iOS format: [DD/MM/YYYY, HH:MM:SS] Name: message

Telegram (desktop)

  1. Install Telegram Desktop (export is not available on mobile).
  2. Open the chat → menu (⋮) → Export chat history.
  3. Format: JSON (preferred).
  4. Upload the result.json or the exported .zip.

Uploading from your phone

  1. After exporting, save the file on your device (Downloads or Files app).
  2. On the AntIToxiC upload screen, choose the file from Downloads or Files.
  3. Avoid picking directly from Google Drive or other cloud pickers — mobile browsers often fail to read those files and show a generic network error.
  4. Use Wi‑Fi for large .zip exports.

We auto-detect the format — you don't need to select WhatsApp or Telegram manually. If upload fails, double-check you exported the full chat history and try "Without media" for WhatsApp.
